We are Bernardo Bertone and Analía Nieva, architects and partners since 2008. The studio has grown along two lines: BIM consulting for contractors, developers and public bodies, and an architecture studio covering design and site supervision.
More than two hundred commissions across design, site supervision, documentation and consulting. Public and private work in Santa Fe, Tierra del Fuego and the United States. Sixteen years of continuous work with the same contractor, and BIM coordination of projects such as the new Santa Fe Judiciary Archive and the Southern Police Station.
We have taught at university since we graduated. Today we teach at FADU UNL and on the Postgraduate BIM Diploma at FAUD UNSJ. Teaching forces us to organise what we know and to keep learning.
